We arranged lease finance for a company to assist with the acquisition of a number of photocopiers and needed to liaise with their staff to provide them with title transfer documents at the end of the lease.

It became apparent during our conversations that there was no system in place for the management of the considerable number of existing leases.

Asset Facilities offered to collate the required information, create a lease management system and liaise with the existing funders.

Having completed the task we set about correcting the errors and issues our investigations had uncovered, such as payments continuing past the lease expiration, payments being made on already terminated leases and payments still being made on assets that had been disposed of.

After some lengthy negotiations with various banks,we obtained substantial refunds on behalf of our client.
